1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer care team before placing your order to check availability and applicable charges.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation. Custom-made or personalized jewellery may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the design and craftsmanship.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above 2,000. A nominal delivery charge may apply for orders below this value or for remote locations.

4. Packaging & Security

All jewellery items are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. Our parcels are fully insured until they reach your doorstep. Please do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with - contact our support immediately if this occurs.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the promised time frame, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or local restrictions may occur. In such cases, our team will keep you informed via email or call.
